# Plans and limits

> What each QRKit plan includes when you use the API or the MCP server

Every QRKit workspace is on one plan. The limits below apply to the whole
workspace, whether codes are created in the dashboard, through the REST API,
or by an AI assistant through the [MCP server](/mcp-server).

## Codes and workspace limits

| Plan | Dynamic QR codes | Dynamic GS1 Digital Link codes | Custom scan domains | Team members |
| - | -: | -: | -: | -: |
| Free | 1 (dashboard only) | 0 | 0 | 1 |
| Starter | 12 | 25 | 0 | 1 |
| Plus | 200 | 100 | 1 | 1 |
| Pro | 600 | 600 | 1 | 3 |
| Ultra | 1,200 | 2,000 | 2 | 5 |
| Agency | 3,000 | 10,000 | 4 | 10 |

Static QR codes do not count toward these limits. Dynamic GS1 Digital Link
codes have their own limit and do not use up ordinary dynamic codes.

## API and MCP access

| Plan | Requests per month | Requests per minute | Dynamic codes via API/MCP | Scan analytics | Webhooks | Bulk batches |
| - | -: | -: | :-: | :-: | :-: | :-: |
| Free | 50 | 5 | No (static only) | No | No | No |
| Starter | 500 | 20 | Yes | Yes | Yes | No |
| Plus | 3,000 | 60 | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Pro | 10,000 | 120 | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Ultra | 50,000 | 300 | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Agency | 50,000 | 300 | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Rejected requests count toward the monthly quota just like successful ones.
See [Rate limiting](/rate-limiting) for headers and retry guidance.

## Free plan

The Free plan is an evaluation tier. Through the API and MCP server it creates
static QR codes only, allows one active API key, and does not include scan
analytics or webhooks. Free-plan destinations may not point back at QRKit's own
domains.

## Changing plans

Plans are managed by the workspace owner on the **Billing** page of the QRKit
dashboard. For a custom plan or higher limits, email
[support@useqrkit.com](mailto:support@useqrkit.com).
